Delivery Car rental lot P4
Today we visit P4 at Schiphol Airport, where car rental companies Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, Sixt, and Europcar are located under a 17,000 m² Sunpark canopy.
This project, which began in 2022 with Schiphol Airport, Halmos Advisors, De Zwarte Hond Architecture, and Constructeur Pieters, was completed in 2024 on behalf of Solarparking and in collaboration with Friso Bouwgroep, Peutz, BAM, and BBN, among others.
This project marks the first large-scale application of the Omega gutters from the Sunpark System by Robisol. The relatively standard solar panels used for the roof create beautiful architecture and light transmission above the parking lots and car rental companies. The use of solar panels adds value to the site and provides a perfect combination for integrating sustainable energy production into the built environment.
